Refund Policy
Tickets are non refundable if you cannot attend or change your mind. In the unlikely event the festival is cancelled we will refund the value of the ticket (not the service charge) as soon as possible after the announcement.
In the Event of Bad Weather
Keep calm and carry on! Lovington Festival is held in a field and there will be covered areas for all to enjoy. You may need wet weather gear or sunscreen as that's the beauty of British weather! Either way we will carry on no matter what and we will still have the most amazing time!
The Lov' Fest Ethos
We are a small, beautiful village so we ask for everyone to respect the Lov' Fest organisers, guests and village residents by leaving quietly, popping rubbish in the bins, not smoking in the Kid's area, only using the main entrance for entry/exit, using the hand sanitiser provided, driving carefully, being kind and having fun so we can do it all again next year! Parents/Carers are responsible for the safety of their children whilst on site. As this is a family friendly event dogs are most welcome but we do ask they remain on a lead and to please clean up after them.
Covid Policy
Tickets are non refundable if you cannot attend due to covid or change your mind. Hand sanitiser will be provided on site. If you have symptoms please test before arrival and if positive keep us all safe by staying home.
Photography
We will have our lovely Lov' Fest photographer on site to capture moments through the day. These picture may be used on Social Media, online and in the press. Buying a ticket therefore gives permission for any pictures to be used.
Where our money goes...
Every single penny raised goes to the school! Everybody involved organising the festival has given their time and expertise for free. The Lovington Primary School PTA do the most amazing and essential work for our community and children so we want this Festival to go with a bang and help the PTA with anything they need to assist with going forward.
